The Parcae ~ Dyed to Order

The Parcae also known as the fates or the Morai are three Goddesses in  mythology, 

This set of colourways share the same colourways as The Morai, but exclude the silvery grey or light blue sections, to present a more tonally variegated skein.

They controlled the  thread of life of every mortal from birth to death, and also had power over immortals. They were independent, at the helm of necessity, directed fate, and watched that the fate assigned to every being by eternal laws might take its course without obstruction.

Nona is known as The Spinner( of the thread), (Greens, teals, blues, gold)

Decima The Alloter ( measured the length of the thread, the amount allotted to each mortal). (Mixture of colours from both, Reds, gold, green, blue, purple pink)

Morta The Unturnable/ Inevitable (The cutter of the thread, the manner and the when the time had come for the end of each thread). (Dark pinks, purples, teals).

Caroline is our newest Dk base replacing a much loved Echo Dk, this yarn is Extra springy and still has lots of squish. Gives great stitch definition and is still a heavy hitter versatile yarn just like Echo.

Sinaya is named after a norbear from the Liaden Universe. Norbears are said to be fearless with lively disposition, and natural empaths. They are sharing creatures that are warm and comforting just like this yarn which is incredibly warm and soft. One skein ideal for a cowl project and /or fingerless gloves. It makes beautifully warm soft garments.

Space is a gorgeously springy 3 plied Aran weight yarn which is ideal for winter jumpers, hats and cowl knitting. Space is named with it's sister yarn of the same weight but different base, Time because with Sci Fi and Fantasy all of space and time is open to you!

There may be some variation from skein to skein, even within the same dyelot. For best results, alternate skeins every few rows in projects using several skeins.
• This skein is machine washable, though to preserve colour and texture in your garments, gentle hand washing is recommended.
• All skeins undergo a 4-5 step washing process but some colours are prone to a small amount of bleeding in their first or second wash, due to .his we recommend washing in cold water with a gentle detergent or wool wash
